Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

For local sessions, there are no additional travel fees. However, for weddings or sessions requiring travel 25 miles or more from my location, a small travel fee will be added to cover mileage and time. I’m always happy to discuss the details and make travel plans that work best for your day. Whether near or far, my goal is to make your experience smooth, joyful, and filled with beautiful moments worth remembering.

Your session with In the Moment Photography is meant to be joyful, relaxed, and true to you. Don’t worry about posing — I’ll gently guide you every step of the way. We’ll plan your session around beautiful, natural light and a location that fits your story. The best photos come from genuine laughter, love, and connection — the moments God so perfectly places in your life. Just come ready to be yourself, and I’ll take care of the rest.

What happens if the weather is unfavourable for an outdoor shoot?

Sometimes, the weather has other plans — and that’s okay! If rain, strong winds, or storms are in the forecast, we’ll simply reschedule to the next available date that works for you. I always keep an eye on the weather leading up to your session and will stay in touch so we can make the best decision together.
