Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session date. Your session is not considered booked until the retainer is paid and your contract is signed. Remaining balances must be paid in full by the date stated in your contract.
In the Moment Photography is not responsible for any bank fees, overdraft fees, or additional processing charges applied by your financial institution. Clients are responsible for ensuring funds are available at the time of payment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Each client is allowed one complimentary reschedule.
Additional reschedule requests will result in a new retainer fee unless the change is required due to weather conditions.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in forfeiting any payments made. Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Weather Policy
The photographer will reschedule any session affected by rain, snow, extreme temperatures, or any unsafe weather conditions.
Multiple reschedules will only be permitted when the postponements are due solely to these weather conditions.
If the weather is safe and manageable, the session will proceed as scheduled.
Travel Fees
Travel fees apply for locations beyond 25 miles of the photographer’s home base.
Local sessions within the 25-mile radius do not incur travel charges.
Weddings or events requiring extended travel may include additional travel or lodging fees, which will be discussed during booking.
Digital Image Delivery
Final galleries are delivered through a secure online link. Turnaround time varies by session type and will be stated in your contract.
Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images once delivered. In the Moment Photography does not guarantee permanent online storage.

Digital Image License
All purchased digital images include a personal use license. Clients may print, share, and post their images for personal use.
Images may not be edited, altered with filters, sold, or used commercially without written consent from the photographer.
Artistic Rights
The photographer retains the right to edit and deliver images consistent with her artistic style. Raw or unedited files are not provided under any circumstance.

All images remain the copyrighted property of In the Moment Photography. The photographer may use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional materials unless the client submits a written request opting out.
